Re: Ground dug PAB, maker?
I don't know much about these badges so I apologise if I'm off the mark here but I would question the authenticity of the badge. It doesn't look right to me even in this condition.
Maybe one of the others can help out.

Re: Ground dug PAB, maker?
Hi Adrian, I've asked the seller for better photos as these look to be off a scanner. For me the badge appears to be a die stamped item which is rarer than a casting. I would expect a fake to be generally cast. On the minus side the detail looks a little strange around the gun barrel and the swastika so hopefully some clearer shots will shed some light on those areas. I am concerned that the barrel isn't cut away from the rest of the badge so unless someone can pinpoint the maker I think i'm going to reject this one as bad.

Re: Ground dug PAB, maker?
I'll also ask if the seller dug this himself, if he says yes then I know he is a liar and that will be the end of our business together.

The new photos only reinforce my first impression. It looks like an inflatable tank!

Re: Ground dug PAB, maker?
With my limited knowledge of these, it still looks bad to me too. Details are just too far off for it to be genuine.
