Hi Glen,

Depends what you mean by "bad". It can't be verified at this time whether this type was late war or post-war production, but that's a particularly ugly example to boot so that I can't imagine why anyone would want it (in my opinion).

Glen, there are many other Minesweeper badges out there and they can be found quite easily and quite cheaply too. The only way I would have this badge in my collection was if it was given to me. As Norm says, there is no way of knowing if this type is a wartime made badge. Add the strange black finish which I can only guess is a post war paint job and I think you'll be wasting money needlessly.
