    I am afraid I can not tell you who the maker is Wim but, the value differs depending on who the maker is.
    A hollow Juncker costs more than a B H Mayer.

    Wim, I can't say that for sure, but I don't see any red flags. Best wait for big ned or some of the others to respond. I would hate to say that it is original and then find out I have made a mistake. I am pretty sure that it is. I see that you have posted on GCA and WAF, no one has come forward with information yet? I believe that Thomas has stated that it is original.

    The hollow backs sometimes have this appearance if not viewed straight on.

    It looks very much like a Deumer hollow backed zinc type, the flat top of the head is typical for them, but I've never seen this rear set up before which makes me unsure.

    Kind of my thoughts as well ned, but my example has a different hinge set up.

    On gca its stated as an original Deumer badge by phillip db also a big collector thats knows a lot.

    Could it be that deumer used more then one set up?

    Hello Wim,
    I believe that is also what was said on WAF.
    It is quite possible, but I do not know. If Phillip DB has said that this is what it is, I would not doubt it. I have no doubt it is original.
