Photo's aren't the best but enough to give an opinion.
It's a well known fake, pointers are the number box and poor detailing of the sprocket, wheels and track. On the reverse the hinge, pin and especially the catch are wrong, rivets are not aluminium, just bad, bad, bad.

I'd say close but no cigar, but this one isn't even close......as said above, look at the sprocket....it's terrible.
