The needle looks like its cut of.

Dont have time to answer more fully... But for starters the number box is of a type only found on the 57 series of awards

Pictures are terrible but I am sure this is a well known fake
Rivet that holds the number on is incorrect. The 5 as Robin mentions is not correct
Tank looks like it is cast

Ralph has a very nice one of these as an example
