Panzerkampfabzeichen 50 for review - only the tank in gold

Hello together,

this one i found.

The surrounding looks just like metal (or old darkened silver).
But the tank itself looks really like one piece of gold. Through and through it really glitters like gold.
The "black lines" in the gold are not really there. It is because of the shadow while taking the photos.
The first photo shows the "gold color" best.

It´s hard, to get good pictures out of that...
So i did a lot of pictures and hope it helps.

From top to bottom: 6 cm (centimeters).
From left to right: 4,5 cm.
It weights 48 gram.
The letters on the backside could be "SOW".

Does anybody have an idea, if this is a fake or not?
Or do you other ideas or meanings?

Lack of quality - poor construction, off colour.
May I ask what the selling price is.........?

There is no selling price.
I just wanted to know more about this one.
It´s so different from the others around here because of the golden "color" of the tank.

thanks for your reply as well.

It was still in that small case for a part for a fokker airplane. So i think, it has been in there for a long long time and should be no fake. (?)
So i am interested in some more infos.

Does someone have the "correct weights" for the 50 Kampfabzeichen?
Has anyone seen a 50 Kampfabzeichen like this before? And maybe a link to that kind?

The rivets are cast in for starters ( not actual rivets ) and it is so "blobby" and poor in detail I don't know where else to start

The SOW stamp is apt because it's a PIG of a badge ........sorry.

Hello,
You should look these badges up on this forum. This example is not even close to real. Plus there are different makers of these awards so weights would vary from maker to maker. If you feel a badge like this has a chance of being real you might want to look into another hobby. I am sorry but nothing about this badge is close to an original piece. For the record that is not even a legitimate maker mark. It does not matter where you obtained it, the piece is junk-sorry. It is a very poor quality replica.

I am actually going to use these pictures on another forum in which there is a worst replica contest-it is that bad.
