Panzerkampfabzeichen in bronze relic.

Article about: Just got this Pz badge in bronze or maybe gold, but looks bronze. Found in the Kurland pocket. Ground dug. Any opinions on the maker is welcome..

    - looks good for dug up one
    Looking for following WWII German items:
    - anything dealing with Allenstein (Olsztyn) and Wehrkreis I in East Prussia,
    - entrenching tool carrier (straight and folding),

    Hi Dean,
    It looks like an S&L or I believe referred to as "Junker set-up"
    Never, never issued in gold. Cleaning process probably made it this color. Not bad at all for a ground dug.

    Thanks guys! Ralph, it wasn't cleaned as far as I know.just appears gold. I agree it's in great condition for a relic. A fellow forum member sold it to me among other items... He's a great colleague. Also, thanks for the maker ID.
