    Well, I prefer the Silver as these were the ones that the Panzercrews proper were issued.



    I do like the S&L design Stewy, but I just feel more drawn to the FLL personally

    both nice in their own right i am a modern tank crewman my self so these are my favourite combat badge. id love to know what it was on their panzers cause the panzers i work on are hard graft

    I have a similar one I will try to get pictures up later today. Could anyone give a price range expected for one in this condition vs one in similar appearance but without damage?

    simon i can tell you mine cost 100 gbp with the damage so i would say a good example would go for around 200 maybe all depends on condition and variant

    it is nice i love the detail and the hole must have been drilled by someone (gone wrong) ashame but it will sit in my collection with pride thanks alex

    At a guess Alex,i would say the hole was drilled through from the obverse to attach some form of catch. Whether it be the original or a replacement. I've seen awards with this trait before. Stewy
