Panzerkampfabzeichen - fake??

I need to validate that this is real or fake. This medal is questionable to me because of a few things. The claws on the Swastika dont seem right and it almost looks like a stamp line on the edge. The rock in the grass seems to centered also. Can anyone tell me what I have here?

What is the circle with what appears to be a W and numbers on the back next to the pin clamp?

Yes it is a fake. Notice the poor relief on tank and eagle. And terrible finnish over cheap metal.

The maker mark on this badge, üü, is attributed to E. Wiedmann from Frankfurt. Wiedman produced late war zinc badges with a simpler, less detailed design compared to earlier makers like Wurster, Juncker, etc. Your pics aren't very clear, but from what I see, I too have my doubts. I've attached pics of my silver version.
