Panzerkampfabzeichen III Stufe "50" bought at polish market

Apolish freind got this 50 panzer badge in his home town,tank is riveted on back,looks too clean to me but im no expert,what do you think ?

Nope. Probably one of the Eastern European fakes. Pin definitley looks fake.

That is true, the badge is fake but bigger pics would be useful for reference if possible.
