Everyone can post his fake Panzer Badges in Silver here. If possible give some details about the badge and make a small description about what exactly is wrong with it. Try to post clear and detailed photo's of the badge in question.

Watch out for this Hermann Aurich Fake. The front of this badge is identical to an original one, the maker mark is almost perfect and even the hard ware (hinge and catch) are identical to the original. The only way to spot this fake is its sloppy assembly:

Another fake that you will frequently come across on shows and certain dealer sites is the fake AWS 1942 Panzer Badge. The most easy way to recognize these is to look at the catch, original examples have a 'waffle' crimp, fakes do not. I uploaded a picture of how an original catch looks like for these kind of badges:

Watch out for this Panzer Badge, alltough its seem authentic, Aurich never made Panzer Badges with this kind of hardware:

Another credible fake, assembly is good, but the lettering is off, and this badge was never assembled in this way. One that catches a lot out
