I am checking this badge out for someone and i am pretty sure it`s a fake. what are your thoughts about it? The catch and material look bad to me.

Looks to be a cast lead fake , I was told as a young collector if a badge marked a piece of white paper when rubbed on it , it was fake .
This is one badge where horrid pictures actually Improves it...
