Hi Johnson,
It's a genuine design type 5 by an unknown maker. It's a generic mid to late war badge in zinc that's typically lost most if not all it's finish and never will set the world on fire, but at least it's real and complete! I would place a low value on it simply because it's not particularly notable but still worth what someone is prepared to pay for a genuine piece, say $130-140 if you really wanted it.
