    Ned what is that gives this badge away..I'm no expert so I was wondering is it the tracks or pin make up?? Cheers Terry.

    Good to hear it's all worked out Dan! BTW, I should of mentioned earlier that this badge is also known as the 'Toucan fake' due to the ugly head with the strange beak.

    Hi Tel,

    The main pointers beside the weird head are the track links that look like dumbells, the large flattened ovoid shaped co-axial MG port and often (but not so obvious in this case) a pointed cupola. The badge is also generally made of a high grade white metal rather than the usual zinc of the originals.

    I must be learning something then Ned as I did think the track pins where a little different? But I still couldn't say yes or no without messing it up!!! lol So thanks for the pointers Cheers Terry.
