The mark is smaller than other RS marks I've already saw. I'm also afraid about the kind of circle on the reverse.
    Your opinion?

    Thanks.

    Greg.

The badge is fine. It's a late 'Thin Maker Mark' type with the development of a die tool '"smile" flaw on the reverse side that became typical of these later production badges. The amount of finish left is not too bad, as these generally had a low quality wash finish that hasn't normally stood the test of time so well.

    Regards, Ned.

    Thank you Harry.
One more question: on what are based your ackonwledgement? I know the "THE GERMAN PANZER ASSAULT BADGE OF WWII" from Philippe de Bock, that seems to be a good book.
    Do you have anything better?

That is the bible for all serious PAB collectors. If you don't have it, you ain't a player, simple as that.

For sure! Telling me what's good or bad is a step, being able to determinate myself that is another one!
