    Looks fine to me John. The experts will confirm but it just looks like it was the way it was attached ( although in a tank interior and clambering over the metal sides, I'm amazed ANY stayed undamaged! )

    It's a good solid zinc one with no issues regarding the hardware (which was a continuation of the set up used on the earlier buntmetal types), many had the rough soldering seen here. This is the most common type of Wurster badge to be found.

    That's around $230 U.S. Ones with similar finish and the same set up run at around $250 U.S. (around 190-192 Euro's) at dealer prices. If it's private purchase try him at 150-160 Euro's. It's always worth a try either way as common badges like these can sit in the shop window a long time.
