Are these bubbles will proceed? on the badge. Which can lead to the destruction or it is normal?. What do you think?.

These bubbles are completely normal and commonly found on zinc badges. As long as you keep it in a stable and dry environment it will be fine.

It's lasted more than 70 years already and will probably outlast you and me!
