Panzerkampfabzeichen in Silver and Bronze by AS for opinions

I have been offered a collection and would like your opinions on some of the items.
These are both by AS.

Neither look original to me. I've not come across an AS badge with that reverse set up before and the details on the obverse are a long way from the AS badges I've been comparing to.

Both are fake IMO, to many details are wrong. The logo should be around the hinge and the hinges themselves should be of the ball type. The two badges here are exactly the same
