Looks like a good Panzerkampfabzeichen by Wurster to me.
Shame about the catch.

One day later and no other input? My next quistion is why are most all Wurster's catch broken that I see? And I have one broken also.

Eric, this is the weakest area of the badge. It would have likely had a bronze/brass
wire 'C' shaped catch moulded into it. Composition of the zinc will also be
a factor as to how hard the metal actually is. Doesn't look like these
catches were mounted very well.........
