Thanks for posting Was it normal for Legitymacja to be unnumbered and have some incomplete written details—is the document date stamped? Were the badges also unumbered?

I don't know why Legitymacja is unnumbered and badge too.
This man is my 2nd grandfather (my mom dad),he was on service in 18 Bielski Batalion Desantowo-Szturmowy (18 Bielski Airborne Assault Battalion).
