Unusual Polish Para badge ...commerative ??

...just curious as exactly what this is supposed to be ? is it a commemorative badge , private purchase ? fake ?

Not standard issue .. the P-Anchor never appeared in them.
Possibly from the 1954 association pieces ..

The badges were approved and ID cards were issued in 1954 but badges as vets commemorative badges were made in 60/70-ties.
