The second signature looks like Voss.

The first one is Dr. Wilhelm Bayer and the second is almost certainly Heinrich Voss.
What sort of information do you require?
Dr. Bayer was the chief medical officer at the SS hospital Hohenlychen, under Prof. Dr. Gebhardt.
Voss was attached to the staff of the Chief of Fernmeldewesen.

    Fernmeldewesen is telecommunications system.
Heinrich Voss was a SS-Sturmbannführer who was commander of a telecommunications school. As far as I know, nobody interesting.
