2 German Books, can I get some help?

These are 2 German "books" I bought last weekend, I know nothing about them, so I am asking for help to explain what they are...I am very interested in the stamp in the hard cover Book?

I want to Thank anyone here that can help me with this, as I can only help on a few things and do my best to help

The stamp is for an airfield command...
