Definitely it is not his handwriting. Below is Hitler signature, name Adolf written on that paper is completely different.

That seems like a fairly reasonable price for hitlers signature, I'd have expected them to be more than that.

It seems to be around the average price for these pre-war promotion citations. I paid 750 Euros (or 795, can't remember) for mine but that was a fair few years ago. Although a similar one sold a few months ago for 795 Euros so the prices seem to be sitting still for these examples but considering some of the prices you see I'd say that 945 Euros isn't the worst price you'll see.
