Default Re: Arbeitsbuch ID help! NEED HELP

Nothing in this Arbeitsbuch points in that direction.

This man was born in Ulm in Baden-Wurttemberg on 31 May 1885. His job training as a Kaufmannsgehilfe [merchant's assistant] from 1 May 1899 through 30 April 1902 was also with a company at Ulm.

He later lived in Stuttgart (also in Baden-Wurttemberg), which was also the location of several (if not all) of his employers. None of the entries are for work as a waiter, he mostly worked as a shipping clerk.

Now, with his job training ending in 1902 and the earliest long-time occupation listed in the book being from 1 July 1926 onwards, it is not impossible that he spent some time inbetween at Munich or that he worked as a waiter for a while, but there sure is no indication for this on the pages you have posted.

Did your contact tell you how exactly he came to his conclusion?
