Ariernachweis - Aryan certificate?

I have had this document for a while now and am hoping someone might be able to tell me a little bit more about it?

The front page has the heading:

Für den Ariernachweis! Stempelfrei!
Beglaubigte Ubersetzung aus dem Polnischen!

which I have translated as:

Aryan certificate! Stamp Free!
Certified translation from Polish

The typewritten text is I assume a notarised translation/transcript of the enclosed Polish document: Metryka urodzenia i chrztu or Certificate of Birth and Baptism

The translation page is over-stamped and the back cover of the document carries the seal of dr. Markus Lion a Notary Public or lawyer from Vienna who notarised the document.

Is this document a variation of the Ariernachweis or Aryan certificate that is normally a pre-printed form completed by hand or is it some other related document? And what does stamp free mean? Does it mean simply that the Polish Birth certificate did not have an official German stamp of some kind... it certainly does have franked stamps normally found on legal documents?
