The applied stamp is not good and clear due to humidity or dampness damage, seems to be for "Kommando 171 Inf. O ? "

That is Hermann Niehoff - he was in command at Breslau in 1945. He won the Knights Cross, Oakleaves & Swords. The unit shown on the stamp is 371.Infanterie-Division.
