Captured crusader with rommels signature?
Bought recently in a sale described as A study of a captured Second World War British Crusader Mk II tank in German Afrika Korps colours, pen, ink and watercolour, framed and mounted under glass. What is interesting is it appears to have Rommels signature in the corner, any thoughts or ideas what it would be worth if it is.

By the date that Rommel was a Field Marshal the DAK were no longer known as the Afrika Korps. It looks really good but I have serious doubts that it was drawn by Rommel or whilst he was still alive
its just an opinion.
On page 54 of Charles Hamilton's "Leaders & Personalities of the Third Reich", you'll see a nearly identical piece identified as a forgery. I'm convinced these were not made to deceive - just a nice wall hanger.
