Is that photo of the Hitler youth or pimpfs? The flags look very similar to a wimpel I had, note the width, not a conventional lightening bolt. Their armbands look like lightening bolts and not swastikas.
Is there any printed information on the reverse sides?

I would say DJs, with the single rune armbands but they look slightly older ?!
