In my opinion a nice, all original award certificate KVK 2nd Class to Red Cross Oberwachtführerin Else Wolff from Wuppertal-Elberfeld. As for me, the missing date is no reason for any concern. In fact, I bet it happend more than just once. With the document issued to a female you got yourself a nice find and a keeper!

Thanks MB, very interesting that this was issued to a women, I guess these are somewhat rare? But on the document, does the stamp on the bottom give a good indication of originality? It looks old and smells old as well, but I'm not an expert...
Thanks Mike
Oh and are the signatures real, or stamps? And what is "Wuppertal-Elberfeld?"

Wuppertal-Elberfeld is a city in Germany. It is east of Dusseldorf. Apparently, Else was from there or serving there. William

Very cool Mike! Harder to find the ones awarded to women than men! Good find
