Hi !
This seal doesn´t mean "Deutschland-Division", it mean´s: "SS-Verfügungs-Division", ("VT-Division").
"VT-Division" stands for: "SS-Division Verfügungstruppe"

Re: Document of an Waffen-SS Waterfinder
Hi Reibert to my eye it looks like SS " D " on the stamp , the Divison was SS Divison Deutschland between April 1940 and December 1940 prior to it becoming SS Divison Reich ( Mot).
It was the V Div before April 1940.
This would fit in with the date of the document.

Re: Document of an Waffen-SS Waterfinder
Just rechecked and it was SS Divison Deutschland briefly during December 1940 so was still SS "V" during the summer of 1940 when the doc was signed.
Must be my eyes is it V or D on the stamp !!!
