Some time I am puzzled if this is an original or a fantasy item...
Any opinion?

I don't profess to be an advanced paper expert, but, I have owned and handled an inordinate amount of paper items, and I'm not seeing anything glaringly wrong on this piece.

Same here, but I was worried about the applied stamp.
The paper does look aged though...
If the stamp is fake, it is a damned Good one. The eagle has great details to it-far better than most crude fakes a person sees of late.

Looks alright to me to and the stamp looks good also
Thank you!
It says:
Mr. Alexander Waslow is allowed by the SS-Obersturmbannführer & Chief of Protection-Police ("Schutzpolizei) to transit / drive on the street to the KZ (?)-Camp, even on hours when it´s banned for the rest. As he works in the Motor-vehicle-park ("Fuhrpark).
It looks very honest. Even that faded "old shool" Ink- handwriting... i see 3 different pens, 3 different stamps, age -yellowed paper..
Gives me good vibes... as far as an SS item related to a "Lager" (Camp) can give good vibes...
Sehr schönes, zeitgenössisches Dokument !! ( - with two "Ö"" - Umlaute !! )
Thank you for the advise Dan, much appreciated!
Another one: can anyone identify who signed this ausweis? the stamp is for a high ranking officer I think...
