    It says:

    "Hartwig Tröger
    geb.
    [= geboren] am 1. Februar 1920 (Sonntag)
    gest.
    [= gestorben] am 25. Jan. [= Januar] 1942 ( " )
    begrab.
    [= begraben] in El Agheila (Nordafrika)
    Deutscher Friedhof
    "

    ...meaning:

    "Hartwig Tröger
    born on 1 February 1920 (Sunday)
    died on 25 January 1942 (Sunday)
    buried at El Agheila (Northern Africa)
    German cemetery
    "
