Someone knows where this comes from or what it is exactly?

It actually says all that on the reverse side: It's from the Red Army and addresses German troops fighting in the Crimea, urging them to surrender.

For the benefit of the non-German speaking members, here's a translation:


Obverse:

"The only way out - Captivity!
Chose between death and life"

Reverse:

"Farewell, Moscow! Down with Hitler!

GERMAN SOLDIER!

The German army is in retreat everywhere.
You, as the rearguard, have been given over to certain death.
What should you die for? Back home, your family and your children are waiting for you.
Surrender yourself into captivity, then you will stay alive and return home after the end of the war.

The Führer is packing his things,
Michel* is to guard his escape,
to stay in the pocket - the terrible Crimea.

This flyer is valid as as document for safe passage when crossing over to the Red Army's side.***"

*) "Michel" is a reference to "der deutsche Michel" ["German Michael"], the symbolic embodiment of the German everyman.

Agree Russian "Flugblatt" for German soldiers, which is also a "Passierschein" (permit). Nice item, cause its colored, most of the Russian leaflets were just black ´n white.
