Looks very familiar but can't place it at the moment.

Found it - it is the signature of General der Artillerie Otto Hartmann (RK 5th August 1940) who has signed it while holding the position Kommandant z.OB.Südwest (Durchfhrg.e.Sonderaufgabe), a special staff used within Heeresgruppe C.
