German(Autobiography)BooK/w Pictures

Can Anyone tell me the best place, I could get this Book & Pictures Looked at, and Appraised, in MD. It has Pictures(119) Starting in 1914 to 1947, of ww1 and ww2 of the German Military. Each picture has typed writing (GERMAN) glued to the album, under the pictures or beside them. I would only consider a Professional in this field. Would I be better off taking this to a curator, at a museum, or some where else. Thank you in Advance for your Help! I want to share this with everyone, But I have to protect this, and myself first, please understand...thank you!
