    DRL Sports Competion award for War Year 1941. The oak leaf is just the traditional winners emblem.

    This one, as you can see was never issued.

    One more quick note on these...they can be found with a bronze, silver & gold oak leaf inside. Just like any other award the bronze was the lowest classification level and gold was the highest.
