    Default German pocket calenders

As far as neat little things go, these are up there in my book!

These are pocket diaries 8cm x 13cm, a 1935 Heer and 1943 DRK probably bought at depot stores or issued when enlisting – maybe someone knows the details??

Anyway, at around 200 pages each, they are chock full of period facts and other information and in the case of the Heer one, pre-war manoeuvre information and mapping symbols, all hand drawn….. really cool stuff IMO.

    Hope you enjoy them too.
    Cheers, Dan

Very nice - You have some entries that could be translated.
Love the Wehrmacht and DRK eagles on the
    front covers.........!

Pencil work is a bit faded Steve but yes, it would be a good exercise to translate it and see where he was in 1935.
It actually has a AH dedication in the front and is called the
    'Der Soldatenfreund'
