German Reisepass 1940

Hi,

This Reisepass was issued but never used. The holder took it with her to Litzmannstadt Ghetto (Lodz) when she was deported there on 15.10.41, and where she perished. That was the sad fate of Germany's Jews.
Interesting, those who survived the war had new passports issued to them by the Allied Military authorities.
