I can read it ... but this is more a letter about a not so easy relationship between men and women. Not mentioning any injuries or so

A translation into english would be to difficult for me ...

    Hey,

here's my attempt at it, though there a 3 words I cannot figure out:

13/12 Meine innigst geliebte Isolde! Ich will jetz gerade über
die Mittagszeit ins Dorf gehen u. wieder nach Patschen sehen,
mit Galoschen ist schon gar nichts zu machen. Gestern waren es 4
Wochen seit deiner Abreise. Recht herzl. Dank für deinen lieben Brief!
Du hast doch neulich geschrieben, dass du manchmal ?
    ? ?
, nun, ich hab dir all meine Gedanken um
unsere schönen Stunden gesagt und hätte eigentl. auch von
dir so was erwartet.
dacht, was war sonst los? Diese schöne Stadt!
Meinen Anhänger hatte ich an Deinem Rucksach befestigt, an
meinem Koffer war er nicht. Einstweilsen die herzlichsten
Grüße u. die innigsten Umarmungen, Isolde!
    Dein Karl

It already sounds strange in German, and the translation is even worse I fear:

My deeply beloved Isolde! I want to go to the village now at lunch
time to look for some slippers, as it's impossible to find any
overshoes. Yesterday it's been 4 weeks since your departure.
Thank you very much for your lovely letter! You recently wrote
that sometimes you ? ? ?, well, I told you all my thoughts about
the wonderful hours we had together and I had expected you to
do the same. You don't have to remain silent about it, I want to
know more about you, too, alright? Will you write me about it?
    - I had never expected that the city center of Salzburg would be
bombed, what else has been going on? This wonderful city!
I attached my hanger/tag (not sure which word is right in English)
to your backpack, it was not on my suitcase. So far the most
cordially greetings and the most dearly hugs, Isolde!
    Your Karl

If anything is unclear or wrong (I'm obviously not a native speaker) feel free to ask
