Gotic Line EKII Urkunde ??

Hi to all,
this evening I would like show you this Urkunde.

Signed by Generalleutnand Boehlke and the recipient was awarded maybe on Florence area (Gotic line).

One doubt is for the Green stamp ?????????? is possible this ???

Somebody can help me ??

I would love to buy it.

On my stupidity I think is a good one, but maybe is only a dream.....

It looks ok to me. Green stamps are more commonly seen with Gebirgsjager related citations etc so the colour was used. Boehlke was promoted to Generalleutnant on the 1st August 1944 so the rank fits. I don't have any samples of Boehke's signature in my files but I don't see any red flags.
