Hitler Youth Booklet?

I believe this to be a booklet associated with the Hitler Youth groups but my German is not too good and this is far out of my area of knowledge. It came with a group of items collected just after the war and brought home by a soldier that served in Europe in the US Army 95th Infantry Division.

Any info on this booklet would be greatly appreciated.
