And one last question I have maybe someone can answer. Could possibly the fibre looking parts be colored graphite?.... I'm enjoying this thread and at the same time pulling my hair out.

The more I look at this the less I think it is HJ related. I guess a translation of the pages would help settle once and for all
I would not be surprised if this is just a school "journal". Different students (building off of what others said above) would write about or be assigned a specific topic.
We know that the students during this era were thoroughly indoctrinated in Nazi ideology. So this might be some type of HW or class exercise.
"Please", Thank You" and proper manners appreciated
My greatest fear is that one day I will die and my wife will sell my guns for what I told her I paid for them

My head hurts now. It is what it is. If it turns out to be fake later on I will add my own drawings of panzers being blown apart.. FYI I'm a terrible artist.
In empathy my head hurts as well from mixed emotions....While I enjoyed reading the text in German there was always Anderson's and my own worries about felt pens. Even Franziskaner wouldn't help.
Perhaps I could commission UK COUSIN to paint the FRANZISKANER logo on my beer delivery truck......tunnes of beer, not barrels, kegs nor bottles...
AFTERTHOUGHT....as to a tunne of beer...a pint's a pound...the world around....in the 500's forts along the coast were tun shaped and the town grew around.

"Museum drawing with ink on paper.. 1930.. " As it happens I did study Art History at school. Your choice of a 1930's art work would probably have been deemed "degenerate art" by the Nazi's and young HJ would have disapproved. As for the medium, it looks like Indian ink and a paint brush were used, though it could be just black paint.
I believe that MAP may have spun his Wheel of Fortune again. This just might be a school "journal" or class exercise. These pages appear to be notes from a lesson on the Ayran race.
It references the Neanderthals 500,000 to 100,000 years ago and the confluences from three groups including Cro-magnons forming a melting pot of northern races.
The right hand page starts with topic (II) the old or ancient time (uhrzeit) beginnings of the Nordic race 4000 to 2000 years ago. It concludes with the formation of the Indo-Germanic "people's family" (Völkerfamilie).
I also agree with Anderson that for an artist to be influenced by Japanese/Chinese brush painting, he would be considered as degenerate during this period.
I don't see content of a forgery going in to that sort of detail. Someone writing in the journal years later seems to be a possibility.
I have won this item wether good or bad. The rest of the contents will be posted shortly in about 30 more pictures.
