    if you are still in possession of the directive #1 - please contact the German Federal Archives - Military Archives. This is definitely the only place where such a document should be and they are the specialists - none else!

    Hi that looks like an Interesting Document.
    Have you held any of the sheets of paper up to the light to see if there are any watermarks?
    Also do you have access to a scanner? If we could see a full 1/1 direct copy it would help to answer a lot of questions.
    Do you read German at all, does it actually read properly?
    I like the first complete sentence on page 4 "The decision to attack England remains mine."
    I also live in London and would love to have a look at this up close I may be able to make a sound judgement on it. I also know an expert in Vienna who has dealt with many original documents signed buy A.H who could tell you if it is authentic.
    You never Know you could have a very important piece of history there! Things like this still turn up.

    i love to see a full 1/1 scan of the documents, but i guess the member is long time gone as the thread is over a year old

    i dont know, but maybe the owner will get an email and come back, i dont hope he sold them to someone like the ones at camden passage (the i give you a 10er guys)
