As for me, looks like fake. How do you think?

One of the more sophisticated-looking Fakes here....Almost convincing unless you're fluent in German....I notice many Glaring Spelling Errors in the document's text..."Vervachtigung" isn't a Word to begin with...and "Cultig bis" should be "Gultig bis" - (with Umlaut), meaning "Valid Until"....In addition, I see the word "Unterschrift", meaning "Signature" has been spelled as two separate words "Unter schrift"...."Inhaber" (Owner) is misspelled "Inhaher"...This is a German Grammar Disaster....
