    Hi! Hungarian here.

The circle stamp an the upper line stamp is: "Chief of the Royal Hungarian Police", and the under line stamp is "order of the chief:"
It's some kind of pass for something from the police. On what document is it?

that document by all indication likely represents a jewish persons passport to life.......imagine for a moment the emotional impact borne by the original holder of that document at that time in history.....pretty overwhelming bit of paper?
