Identifying a goverment official from 1944...

Article about: Hello, Been trying to solve this mystery for some time now. I am not able to find ANYTHING online about this Max Roy who was stationed in Bucharest during the war... Any suggestions?? Thanks

    Surely, this one has nothing to do with the document that started the thread (or am I missing something)?

    Anyway, the name is Hermann Israel Hildesheimer. ("Israel" is, of course, the additional first name forced upon all male Jews by the Nazi government.)

    The occupation is "Handelsvertreter" [meaning "sales representative" or "travelling salesman" etc.]
