In Poland; more precisely, at the time in the part of Poland that had been fully annexed into the Reich as Reichsgau Danzig-Westpreußen. The Standarte's HQ was in Graudenz [Grudziądz]. Its 1st Sturmbann was headquartered at Graudenz [Grudziądz], the 2nd at Marienwerder [Kwidzyn] and the 3rd at Wossarken [Owczarki].

Allgemeine SS units were not deployed abroad.

So the individual and those with him were posted ONLY in Poland during the war?
The ones in this image here are they SS or SD members?

    I didn't say that.

Only the black-uniformed men in the first photograph in post # 1 and the first attachment in post # 5 (appears to be a different man) are members of the Allgemeine-SS. Being a "political" formation, the 119. Standarte as such would never have been deployed outside its native area, but individual members of it could have been drafted into/volunteered for service with the Waffen-SS or the Wehrmacht.

The SS men in the field grey uniforms are all members of the Waffen-SS.

The group in the bottom left photo in the first attachment in post # 3 also includes two members of the Hitler Youth (third from left and far right); the group in the bottom right photo includes members of the Allgemeine SS (second from left), Hitler Youth (fourth from left) and Police (far right).
