Information on SA Marine Ausweiss ID Book ? What is it?....

Hey all , I was looking at a ID book and was just trying to learn more about these passes.

I have noted someone selling a SA Marine Ausweiss ID book for work and membership card . What are these bascially is my question ? I am sure it's obvious to you but I do not honeslty know, and I am on this fourm to learn new things. Thanks for the Help !

It says Marinestrum . streching information 1937 to 1942.


Any idea on the value of these booklets? I assume these are rare? ....Thanks agin for all the help

The book verifies the man's membership and identity. The stamps indicate paid monthly dues. An unusual document but rarity does not always equate to high value. Value is determined by a combination of rarity and demand for same.
