Hello again...I am not sure if these are rare or not, but I believe I found a picture of Hitler with a ship captain, possibly on some ship. I am not sure whether or not this is Hitler himself or a doppleganger...from what I can tell it is a photograph that has been taken to the NKVD, and stamped there, but that is all that I know of it. I did not find this picture anywhere online, and from what I can tell, this might have been an early war picture....any thoughts?

It is a photo of Hitler, but it is likely a fake or reprint.
The scribble on the back makes no sense.........
    Regards,

The markings on the reverse resemble well known reprints, from Russian archives if I remember correctly.

The man seen in the photograph is Admiral Erich Raeder, photographed at Kiel in 1933.

He is not wearing an "officer cadet cap", but simply the old-model Reichsmarine-era naval officers' peaked cap, which did not have the later models' visor ornamentation; also note the absence of the national eagle on the cap top.

(The print is fake; there is nothing wrong with the actual image.)
